{"id":9530,"date":"2013-07-19T08:14:24","date_gmt":"2013-07-19T15:14:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wkoopmans.ca\/notebook\/?p=9530"},"modified":"2013-07-13T22:17:08","modified_gmt":"2013-07-14T05:17:08","slug":"fuji-fp100c-2013-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/wkoopmans.ca\/notebook\/?p=9530","title":{"rendered":"Fuji fp100c 2013 (2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Convert Whalley\u00a0into a city center, that&#8217;s the plan anyway.\u00a0 The City of Surrey (in British Columbia) wants to convert what is a rundown neighbourhood of old houses and businesses that the owners seemed to have stopped maintaining\u00a0decades ago into a new urban center.\u00a0 They are so committed\u00a0to this its hard to believe they wont.\u00a0 The City has even built its new city hall right in the neighbourhood and with the skytrain stops it seems possible.
